Reserving a Group Study Room

Lodi Campus Library Rutherford Campus Library
  • In-person at the Lodi Campus Libary or by phone at 201-559-7071
  • Valid Felician ID must be presented at time of reservation and left at the library service desk for duration of reservation
  • Online at the Book RCL Group Study Room tab
  • Felician email address required for online reservation
  • Valid Felician ID must be presented at time of reservation and left at the library service desk for duration of reservation

 

Group Study Room Policies

Group Size
  • Minimum of two students per Group Study Room 
  • Maximum of four students per Group Study Room (RCL only)
Reservations
  • Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance
  • Group Study Rooms can be reserved for up to four hours per day
  • Each student can make only one Group Study Room reservation per day
  • On Friday, reservations cannot be made after 4:00 pm
  • Group Study Rooms close 15 minutes prior to the Library closing
Cancellations
  • A reservation will be cancelled if a Group Study Room is not claimed within 15 minutes of its reservation start time
  • Library staff reserves the right to cancel Group Study Room reservations at its discretion
Felician ID
  • Valid Felician IDs are required at check in
  • Felician IDs will be kept at the library service desk for the duration of the reservation
  • Lost key cards are subject to a $30 replacement and processing fee (RCL only)
Food
  • Food is not allowed in Group Study Rooms
  • If library staff finds students with food in a Group Student Room, those students will be asked to leave the Group Study Rooms for the remainder of the day
Room Conditions
  • Group Study Rooms should be left in good order i.e. garbage discarded, chairs pushed in
  • Additionally in RCL, all walls and white boards should be erased 
Policy Updates
  • Library staff reserves the right to update Group Study Room Policies
