ENG 101 reinforces the methods of writing University-level expository prose, with emphasis on the following: revision techniques, paragraph coherence, grammatical and structural clarity, patterns of organization, and thematic development. Students write several essays utilizing writing methods acquired in the course. Students will learn and apply the fundamentals of University research using MLA and APA research formats.
