| Group Size |
- Three study rooms are available (Room 1, Room 2, Room 3)

| Reservations |
- Group Study Rooms can be reserved for up to four hours per day per user
- On Friday, reservations cannot be made after 4:00 pm
- Group Study Rooms close 15 minutes prior to the Library closing
|
| Cancellations |
- A reservation will be canceled if a Group Study Room is not claimed within 15 minutes of its reservation start time
- Library supervisor reserves the right to cancel or modify your reservation(s) for any reason

| Felician ID |
- A valid Felician ID (Student, Staff/Faculty, Alumni) is required at check-in
- Felician IDs will be kept at the library service desk for the duration of the reservation
|
| Food |
- Covered beverages only
- Food is not allowed in Group Study Rooms
- If library staff finds students with food in a Group Student Room, those students will be asked to leave the Group Study Rooms for the remainder of the day
|
| Room Conditions |
- Group Study Rooms should be left in good order i.e. garbage discarded, chairs pushed in.

| Policy Updates |
- Library staff reserves the right to update Group Study Room Policies
